Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

Kora is provided by Micro Intelligence Consult, a business registered in Ghana ("we", "us"). By using Kora you are entering into an agreement with Micro Intelligence Consult. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Kora is an AI assistant that helps with documents, business administration, research, planning and planning support. Paid plans provide higher daily chat message limits. You must be at least 18, or have authority to bind the organisation you use Kora for.

3. Your account

Keep your login details confidential and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse Kora. In particular, you must not:

  • use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or for spam;
  • infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • generate illegal content, hate speech, harassment, deceptive deepfakes or impersonations, or malware;
  • try to bypass safety measures ("jailbreaking"), usage limits or other technical restrictions;
  • interfere with security, probe, scrape, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service.

5. AI inputs and outputs

You are responsible for your prompts and uploaded content, and must have the rights to use them. Subject to these terms, you may use the outputs Kora produces for you. AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete: check them before relying on them, and do not treat them as legal, medical, financial or other professional advice without qualified review. We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts that break these rules. Rights holders can report infringing content through Help & support; repeated infringement leads to account termination.

6. Our intellectual property

We own Kora and its software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your content only to provide the service.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal and cancellation are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; if you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the paid period. 8. Service level

We work to keep Kora available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can stop using Kora at any time. When access ends, you can request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Notice.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, data or goodwill), and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

11. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You may not transfer your account without our consent. We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
