Micro Intelligence Consult offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Kora subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact us through Help & support.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from the Plans page using "Manage subscription". You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
