A little help, when you need it.
Reach us in Ghana
Kora is operated by Micro Intelligence Consult, based in Ghana. Support is currently handled directly by our team — a public WhatsApp line, phone number and email address will be listed on this page before public launch, so you can reach us on the channels you already use every day.
Until those channels go live, please contact us through the channel where you received your invite or preview link.
Account access
Email accounts require confirmation using the email you receive after registration. Google sign-in is also available. If you can't sign in, check your inbox (and spam folder) for the confirmation message before trying again.
Documents
Readable PDFs, Word documents and text files are supported. Scanned PDFs need text recognition before upload. Keep documents below 20 MB and 55,000 characters.
Frequently asked questions
- Does Kora work on my phone and my network?
- Yes. Kora is built mobile-first and runs in the browser you already have — no app store download needed. It is designed to be gentle on mobile data, so it works on everyday prepaid data bundles.
- How do I pay, and in what currency?
- Subscriptions are billed through Paddle, our payment partner. Because of international card rules, billing is in US dollars (Personal $3, Professional $6, Business $23 per month) even though our plans are described for the Ghanaian market. Any card that works online — including Ghanaian bank cards — can be used.
- Can I get my money back?
- Yes. Every paid plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refunds page for how it works. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Is my information safe?
- We protect your account and workspace content, and we process personal data under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). Read our Privacy Notice for exactly what we collect, how long we keep it and who we share it with.
- Can I trust what the assistant tells me?
- Kora can make mistakes. It is a helpful assistant, not a professional adviser — double-check anything important, especially legal, financial or health decisions. Our Terms explain this in full.
- Which parts of Kora are available today?
- AI conversations, document drafting, saved documents and tasks are available now. Live web search, WhatsApp messaging, calendar notifications and verified local service providers are not connected yet — we will announce them here as they launch.
- Which cities do local services cover?
- Accra and Tamale are first. Providers shown today are listings, not yet independently verified — always confirm a provider yourself before engaging them.
- Can I use Kora for my business?
- Yes. The Business workspace includes templates and guidance for registering and running a business in Ghana — from RGD registration steps to invoicing and compliance checklists.
